Delicious Gluten-Free Cake with Petley Grain All Purpose Flour

Craving a delicious cake but need it to be gluten-free? Look no further! This simple recipe uses Petley Grain Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour to create a moist and flavorful cake perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 11 ounces Petley Grain Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour 
  • 5 ounces cane sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions:

    1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    2. Prepare a 9-inch round cake pan by lining the bottom with parchment paper. This will prevent the cake from sticking.
    3. In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients: Petley Grain All Purpose Flour, cane sugar, salt, and baking powder. Whisk them together to ensure even distribution of the baking powder.
    4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients: milk, melted butter, and eggs.
    5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. 
    6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
    7. Bake for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
    8. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
