BROWNIE CAKE

Blending can be done with a spoon, hand whisk or an electric mixer. Cakes are done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Brownie Cake:
Natural Chocolate Cake Mix (16 oz)
3/4 cup of milk
2 sticks of softened butter (1 cup)
3 eggs
Place these ingredients in a bowl.
Blend with a hand whisk or mixer
Pour into prepared pan (15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1)
Preheat the oven to 325 F
Bake for 30 minutes, frost while hot
Icing:
1 cup of brown sugar
5 tablespoons of milk
Bring to boil, stir, then remove from heat
Stir in 1 cup of chocolate chips
Pour and spread frosting over cake
Sprinkle chopped nuts on top if desired
