Tropical Chocolate Sheet Cake

Blending can be done with a spoon, hand whisk or an electric mixer. Cakes are done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Tropical chocolate sheet cake:
Natural Chocolate Cake Mix (16 oz)
1 small can crushed pineapple (8 oz)
1 medium sized banana (3/4 cup) crushed
3 eggs
1 stick of softened butter (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup of chopped cashews
Place these ingredients in a bowl.
Blend with a hand whisk or mixer
Pour into a prepared pan (15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1)
Sprinkle 2 cups of shredded coconut on top
Preheat the oven to 325 F
Bake for 30 minutes, glaze while hot
Glaze:
2 cups of powdered sugar
2 tablespoons of melted butter
6 tablespoons of milk
Stir with a whisk or spoon until smooth
Pour over cake
