Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake

Blending can be done with a spoon, hand whisk or an electric mixer. Cakes are done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Chocolate peanut butter cake:
1 cup Natural Chocolate Cake mix from the 16 oz bag
1/2 cup of softened peanut butter
(other nut butters can be used)
1/4 cup of honey
1/2 cup of water
1 egg
Place these ingredients in a bowl.
Blend with a hand whisk or mixer
Pour into a prepared loaf pan (8 1/2 by 4 1/2)

In the same bowl blend remaining mix
2 tablespoons of oil
2 eggs
Pour in loaf on top of the nut butter mix
Drizzle 2 tablespoons of honey on top
Preheat the oven to 325 F
Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes
Drop out on a plate and cool for 1 hour
Option: Top with Texas sheet cake icing
