The pound cake can be made in a Bundt pan as shown above. To make this the recipe is doubled (2 cake mixes) and the baking time is increased to 1 1/2 hours. To prevent sticking the Bundt pan should be sprayed with nonstick and dusted with cake mix.
Blending can be done with a spoon, hand whisk or an electric mixer. Cakes are done when a toothpick inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean.
Naturally White Cake Mix (16 oz.)
1 cup of sour cream
1 tablespoon of oil
Place these ingredients in a bowl.
Blend with a hand whisk or mixer
Pour into a well greased pan
(8 inch square or 9 inch round)
Preheat the oven to 325 F
Bake for 50 minutes
