This flour can be used as a cup for cup replacement for APF wheat flour in recipes.
As an example you can make the soda bread shown below with the GF All Purpose Flour. See instructions.
Option 1:
mix at room temperature (18 oz.)
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
1 3/4 cups of buttermilk
3 large eggs
Option 2:
mix at room temperature
1 Teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
1 1/4 cups of milk, soy milk, or almond milk
3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
3 large eggs
Mixing is done by hand with a spoon. Spray a 8 or 9 inch round cake pan with nonstick spray and dust with 1 tablespoon of mix. Pour mix into a large bowl and blend in the baking soda. Add the buttermilk (or milk and vinegar) and eggs and stir till just mixed. Shape into a round flat shape in the cake pan and smooth top using a spoon with a teaspoon of water. Cut a cross in the top of the dough and place in preheated oven. A non-stick muffin pan can also be used to make 12 soda bread muffins, simply apply non-stick spray then bake. Bake for 45 minutes at 400 F. Flip bread out of pan onto a rack to cool. To make raisin bread add 1 cup of raisins, and add 10 min. baking time. Store in the refrigerator.
